At Deki Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@dekijewels.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- United States: Free return shipping for eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes.
Return Conditions
- All original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Returns must be properly packed to avoid damage in transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival. You will receive confirmation once your return is approved or rejected.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Funds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) and customs duties are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
