At Deki Jewels, we value your satisfaction and confidence in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery and a 7-business-day refund processing time after approval.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Customized, engraved, or special-order jewelry is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team via info@dekijewels.us or call +1 922 486 5320 within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return authorization process.
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Pack your item securely in its original box with all accessories and documentation. Use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- U.S. Returns: Return shipping is free for eligible items within the United States. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label upon request.
- International Returns: At this time, we do not offer returns for international orders.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- All original jewelry boxes, certificates, and paperwork must be included.
- The item must be unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches or signs of use.
- Return packages should be securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection & Approval Process
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days to ensure it meets return eligibility standards. After inspection, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- If you paid using a gift card or promotional credit, refunds will be reissued to that same method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products damaged due to improper handling or care.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account first.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@dekijewels.us.
