Good news: Shipping is FREE on all orders placed at Deki Jewels within the United States. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order is shipped.

Where We Ship

  • United States (contiguous 48 states, Alaska & Hawaii) — Eligible for free standard shipping.
  • U.S. Territories & APO/FPO/DPO — We can ship via USPS where available. Delivery time may be longer than 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping — Not available at this time.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff (12:00 PM ET) are processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or severe weather, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. The timeline below shows the typical flow:

Carriers & Services

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on service availability, destination, and speed.

  • Standard (Free) — Estimated 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • Signature on Delivery — May be required for orders above a certain value for your security.
  • P.O. Boxes — Usually shipped via USPS where supported.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • To update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing the order. We can only modify addresses before an order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link at the email provided during checkout.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement after the initial scan.

Delivery Issues

Marked “Delivered” But Not Received

  • Check with household members and neighbors, and look in safe drop areas.
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark delivered slightly early.
  • If still missing, contact us and your carrier so we can open a trace.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist with a claim and a replacement or refund.
  • Confirmed lost: After carrier investigation, we will replace or refund your order.
  • Suspected theft: File a police report if required by the carrier; we’ll help with documentation.

Multi-Item & Pre-Order Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
  • Pre-order or back-order items will ship as noted on the product page; your confirmation email will include the expected window.

Holidays & Weather Delays

Carriers may experience delays during holidays, severe weather, or events outside our control (“force majeure”). We appreciate your patience during these rare occurrences.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not ship internationally; therefore, no customs duties apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to reship (free on the first reship) to a corrected address.
